Sooner or Later the government is going to figure out that as a nation we cannot afford our current healthcare system. The government itself can remove layer upon layer of garbage which will be step one in the reduction.

After that we are going to have to realize that drug companies can't operate in their current fashion along with insurers, hospitals, doctors and specialist.

Everyone is going to have to face reality.
