WHP03: At the current 20 day average, if all shares were converted it would add about 45 mil shares to the OS count. If they have enough good news to drive the price up, then it would be less than 45 mil. If they don't then it will be more than 45 mil, and those of us who believe they are ready to launch would be let down again.
