The way I approach any investment is looking at the underlying product, the share structure ( how investors participate ), the potential , the means ( the mechanics of executing) , resources ( $ and HR) and price.
I think the vate $ is gravy. I don't focus on this - it was a sale and represents a VATE value 1/10 of .03/.06 ish.
But the real focus is this company's future apart from any one off- and it looks good.
This stands alone at .03-.05 if it > gets national /distribution /awareness > sponsorship / celeb endorsements > launches new products with actual products of scale
