Thoughts on NTEK's Enforcement Debtor Status Hunchbackgeek?
I assume by now you've read the lawsuits from K2 Communications and Long Side Ventures which resulted in FINAL JUDGEMENTS by the courts in LA and FLA with NTEK owing millions of dollars and being deemed ENFORCEMENT DEBTORS in both cases?
As you might have read in all your DD and the STICKY, Long Side filed interrogatories (basically a series of probing questions that helps the ENFORCEMENT DEBTOR figure out what assets they can take). Those questions must be answered UNDER OATH and are due tomorrow.
BTW - both Chairman Jeff Foley and his Felon brother - currently in a halfway house and on probation from Federal Prison - are named personally in the Long Side case.
As such David Foley would be violating probation if NTEK is sanctioned for failure to respond to the court-supervised interrogatories - again - UNDER OATH - which by FLA statute are due TOMORROW, March 7.
