Ok... that is such a small amount of shares that the so called dilutive effect would be non existent in today's market. Bottom line... it ain't no big deal. Apparently they may have already been sold because buyers far outnumbered sellers. For all you know they haven't been converted and sold. If I believed in the future of this company I'd hold them too. We are headed north friend, like it or not.
