Well with all these deals for millions in greenhouses and lettuce revenues you'd think they would be paying people with cash not shares. Only reason you don't go to the bank is if you have a sketchy business model or bad credit. Cost of capital is cheap right now and has been. When there is dilution and no terms of deals announced its usually not good. Good luck.
