We are not at a top of a run...That was 14 remember...technicals in a slight negative slope for weeks 22 DMA reverse crossed over 11 DMA this week...so if you know the definition of a hangman it does not apply to this "hammer"... Now it may not be a 1/3 body to tail but it is a half and half...
