The largest lender is a v/c who stayed in as a passive stakeholder. His cost avg. at conversion was at least above 0.03 if you read his loan agreement. So it's not necessarily as toxic as people think; certainly not to the point of destruction as you allege. That guy's ownership should give you a clue that smart money is staying in this and pps is at least going to move above 0.03. That should help you, even if you're going in at the current pps for a quick flip.
