My understanding from Cottonisking and I could be wrong. JPM is the guarantee trustee so, they guarantee the trust in case there is a default. In other words, they vouch for the Trust assets in case of a default. If JPM are not able to recover anything then, it goes to 10b line which we are in.
Therefore, JPM did not steal anything yet. They are only thieves if we are affiliates and they recover the 10B and not cure us. That is what was explained to me. I could be wrong in this as well. I am an NOL guy. Good Luck to Cottonisking.
