You are correct. For example, if a rental car company wanted KlickZie, they could have it customized with a chat portal that only allows the company to converse with the customer who rented a vehicle at a certain time an their insurer.

Basically, they would take photos when it's rented, then if there is a dent upon return, the company could have a conversation between the customer and their insurance company via the image.

Just one of a multitude of examples.
