Well - I do not agree her with you.
The SP has gone up so the co can raise much more money by issuing much less no of shares and it will give stronger cash position and move forward.

I am retail investor and focus is returns in %ages - a 2 bagger is great and 3 bagger is even better.

With current market cap of $130 million - this is easily possible with decent results.

In that sense this could provide good short term opportunity (with huge downside risk)
