those 70%s *marked* will go to 80% and then 90% and then 100%

oddly enough .. it's exactly 6 years to the month .. and i'm reminded
of the *undertakings* of March 2011's *set up* for April 2011's (to this
day record setting) volume of 8M~

anyone besides me remember the PPS range PTOI *held* in March 2011?
or what came to pass .. PPS wise .. over the next few months b4 *reg sho*
would be triggered on PTOI?

btw .. this is the *math* that NON RETAIL has a *dilemma* with .. ;)
