coydog; I believe you have timed PBLS just right. Looks like the turn has started. Way oversold by the charts. Time to sit back and enjoy the ride. Thanks.

BTW; keep a watch on LBWR. Starting to get a little buying. I think it starts moving north of .20 in September. Should be getting some news soon. Big contracts are being bid on and they have a perfect record on landing the big fish F500 companies.
