I have written Maurice but he hasn't responded.. However he did respond publicly..

In response to the stocklemon article, Maurice said “It really doesn’t matter what it says, at the appropriate time we will deal with all of the negative lies that are out there. At this particular time we feel that it is more important to go ahead and comply with all federal regulations so that the stock can actively trade and we can make our shareholder money. At the appropriate time and in the appropriate venue we will deal with stocklemon and anybody else that’s out there making statements that they don’t have the information to corroborate their statements they are making. So to be quite frank which we haven’t even read the latest thing that stocklemon has put out because we don’t spend all day on stocklemon’s website seeing what they are saying.
