Rover thanks for the PM - I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to understand the reverse merger with a friend at RJA. There has to be a filing sb-2 or form 10 or an 8k depending on the amount of assets the public company transferred to the private. I confess that I'm just gonna leave this alone and hope you all make out ok with this-.
