Not so clear to me...
SLJB status is unsolicited and non-reporting.
I'm not sure they have to file anything.
This was my experience:
I held QDXX (Quadrax) when it became a shell for TTCM China* and I saw no 8K filing in that regard.

* Formerly Quadrax Corporation (non-reporting) which was merged on November 30, 2004.
