It seems like you have Chip's/Chad's Ne14 etc ear- maybe you could ask him why there hasn't been an 8k filed for the merger and if he's aware of what can happen in its absence. TIA!

Sorry to harp on this- but I find it really strange that noone is apparently concerned about this.
