Weekly loans demonstrate the true CEO genius and love for shareholders that Victor Lee has.

As another poster explained, if Victor Lee does not keep taking out new loans, the company will have to declare bankruptcy and shareholders will lose everything.

So you see, the fact that Victor keeps borrowing money and destroying the share price in the process is actually a GOOD thing for you.
