We have to realize that since they are fighting over 5 vs 10%, we must be talking pretty high dollars amounts. If we are talking about a million dollars 5% is only $50,000 don't think they'd fight much over that, but if it's 100 million dollars that's 5 million dollars and they might fight over that. So it's going to get very interesting.
