I am trying to decipher the impact of the share exchange with TXTM. It is not clear what significant assets if any were transferred to the new entity Plandai SA/TXTM? It looks like the farm land, manufacturing facilities etc. remain with Plandai Biotechnology.
Plandai Biotechnology appears to have been awarded 100,000 class D pref. shares which are equivalent to 75% of voting common stock of TXTM/PLSA.
That would lead me to believe that PLPL and PLSA/TXTM should trade in tandem going forward? What say ye?
The TXTM board appears to be much more active with speculators,,,,Just trying to determine which entity will provide the biggest bang for the buck.... plpl or plsa/txtm.
