Does anyone know where "Investors Hub" gets it shares outstanding, shares authorized, etc. information?
Last I recall, Doug said his conference call there was 1.9 BN shares outstanding with 2.4 BN authorized. I'd like to know when that authorized amount went up to 6 BN and how that happened without shareholder approval.
