RVNC’s fully-diluted* share count was 31.9M as of 2/27/17 (the date of the 4Q16 earnings release); the increase of approximately 500K shares relative to the previously reported figure is due to the use of the ATM facility during Jan-Feb 2017 at an average share price of $21.52 (#msg-129082590).

The basic share count as of 2/27/17 also rose by approximately 500K relative to the previously reported figure; it now stands at 28.9M.
