I don't think it's ever a good sign when the most toxic Preferred series,a series that has been dormant,is suddenly being amended. The lack of communication from DECN,in the first year of launch,has been stunning. A flury of PR's in January and February and March of last year....and then basically nothing since. Now why in the world would you invest in a Company who holds it's shareholders in such low regard? CEO gets a flat "F" for visibility and transparency. Scoop
