I thought the same thing for a LONG time, but now I'm 99% sure I WAS WRONG..

More than one person has spoken with IR confirming that they have not in fact started buying..

When they do they might say something like this to MM's!

"So run you MM's. Run! Tell all the other MM's the law's coming! You tell them I'm coming, and hell's coming with me, you hear?! Hell's coming with me!"
