He has mentioned new reg cuts will be announced in the next few weeks.

Also, your logic is flawed. The reason this process is taking so long has to do with getting stuff from the other company, not from srsr. It's not how long Dan has taken. Once that stuff has been procured, it's not like they will have to go through preparing it all again. That work will be done.
