Yes, agree. Short positions have only 2 trading days before March 1, the "unknown" event for them is what OWCP will announce. Do they want to play with that fire? NO. So, expect to see a large PPS increase before March 1, then even bigger PPS increase will be Thursday and on..
why? Because of "what" OWCP will announce at Wall Street,
