Man. Never thought this "issue" would cause so much strife.

I agree that people should drive stone cold straight/sober.
However...
People under the influence of alcohol tend to go way too fast.
Whereas, pot smokers get pulled over for driving way too slow.

You do a lot less damage hitting something at 40 mph than you do smashing into at 100.
