I think its packaging and verification. I noticed a change in CO from purchases 2014 to 2017. I was given an informational handout and told to leave the bag sealed (open container). Before it was just DL verification. The edibles have to be stamped (THC) and sealed.

How irritating to release such a cryptic PR. I agree-Kays is already IN
