It will be at least 1:100, but probably closer to the 1:250 limit. To uplift they will have to stay over a dollar for 30 days. And factoring that stocks almost always tank after an RS, they will need that wiggle room. The stated AS target tells me they will secure more shares to sell at the same time as the RS. I cleared out almost all of my position in the .014s. Will look to reenter after the RS debacle is settled. GLTA
