ku, I can see a benefit for an RS for everyone if there would be an acquisition (even partially) in the stars. However, it is psychologically hard to sell.

But I think BoD/management is in line with CEO Kings statement and that they do not want an RS, because IMO, there is no acquisition eminent.

I think they are talking with several potential partners and I would be surprised that one of those unexpected news items would be the announcement that PPHM has made a short-list of potential partners without naming them.

An RS is a ZERO TRANSACTION but the AFTER RS ACTIVITY is NOT. If the RS is followed by lots of good news then the PPS will go up faster since the outstanding shares are lower. The other way around if they would do a bad news round.

II/Funds look at P/L, nothing else. They want to make money, period.
