RE "PPHM operating losses have accumulated to about $550 million... What is that offsetting loss worth to a profitable Pharma if PPHM is acquired?"

Two points:
1. Biotech stocks are NOT acquired for the purpose of harvesting losses to play tax games. They ARE acquired for sales and earnings growth.
2. Biotech stocks are acquired because they have demonstrated with DATA that their drug or drug candidate have value which will add value to the acquirer. PPHM has NOT proven they have anything of value to an acquirer.
