It keeps coming up, so can I open a dialog with anyone on the subject of this CEO being a shyster ( or however you spell it. )
Say he's one and we don't know it.
What impact does that have on our stock price?
He can't get his hands on the money that's in common stock.
If the price goes up he and I make a profit.
If it goes down, I lose and he loses ( if he owns any )
Now if the news comes out that he is a shyster and the project was all a sham, then we have problems. The stock is going to dive for sure.
Do the folks that say he is, just think that he's a pumper? Most CEO's are, he's not the first.
Also, if I'm a money bags investor ( outside of stock ) if I'm investing 50-100 million ( gazillion ) and I don't have pretty substantial proof that it's a good investment then what a stupido I am.
I say, he's innocent until proven otherwize.
