Leak of Bad news is a great way to artificially raise the PPS and slam it down. Like September 2012 and March 2014... So far, all the company has done is display one carrot after another, while spending hundreds of millions of dollars.

PPHM Should Be Changed to ATM - Absolute Dilution Machine, 35+ Years and Counting and still in Pre-Clinical Trials.
