He was correct in that we need/needed a firmer, more professional board of directors to protect shareholder interests. That's a board's function, to actively guide the business, not like Thacher and McKenna were doing. He probably owed Thacher from when they consulted together, but the turnaround artist from Deer Park or wherever, did not have our interest first.
