Because Australia already has Universal Healthcare they see a clear cost/benefit gain in funding Anavex 2-73 trial. In the U.S. Big Pharma is sitting on the back of innovative small pharma companies. NTRP is funding privately, AVXL is funding largely through grants with some public participation. The market is HUGE - there is room for both to make buckets of money for shareholders.
