*CANT* have it both ways .. ;)

the OTC was NON RETAILs' playground when it came to CEs' cycles of money

what is telling is just how *revealing* CEs' cracks are with *less and less*
volume on PTOI

CEs' sucked up about 80% of the 3M settlement cert and relentless *resetting*
enabled that to *last* thru EO 2016

since then .. all with interest can see YOY %s and *volume* avgs on PTOI

and those who actually want to do DD can call P2O's TA for PTOI's *float*

i'll take low to no volume from now till P2O executes .. *cant* happen

next round of *interest* for CEs' patterns .. comes @ the EO this month

go figure .. ;)
