I would rather not do it this way, but I am not your typical trader. I cannot look at Level 2 or etrade constantly. I am sneaking it in on my phone or on work pc while working.
A disadvantage for sure. I am more of a guess trader. I saw it going down and put a order in for 20%. Sometimes I leave profits on the table sometimes, and I loose money to (more often).
I am getting better after 6 years of guess trading by researching night before or morning of. Also I do look at the boards for sentiment.
