NAII - somewhere early in Jan I had a conversation with a guy, whose name & position I don't recall. He told me that the BOD policy is only to buy back stock when it is trading below book. He also said he didn't believe they had publicly traded peers which I informed him wasn't correct.

I took him to task a bit for that since book value isn't how wall street is going to value a company like this. It is the wrong metric to apply to the stock valuation and they're completely ignoring comparisons to their closest publicly traded peers or broad market averages.
