I'm usually long on penny's because many times it's months or years to payout. My short term stuff doesn't work 1/2 the time. I bought Samsung in the late 80's when it was pennies per share. Sounds good, well I flipped it before it hit a buck. It's now worth 1.8 million per share. Well OWCP for me is like Samsung. I own 1.15 mil shares and I am holding onto them. I've learned some.
