You do realize that a PR is not "proof", right? There have been so many false PR's issued on OTC stocks on a daily basis. That's why the SEC shuts companies down on a daily basis.

Anything mentioned in a PR is not the truth. The truth is only the truth when it can be verified either independently or through an official SEC filing.
