I think what we are witnessing is "the captain going down with the ship" mentality.
Marshall is in his mid seventies with medical issues. All I think he cares about is perpetuating his and his wife's salaries (over $280K a year) for as long as possible. He has had a stranglehold on Medizone for decades and is not going to go quietly.
As far as ASure goes, it's obvious there are problems marketing the device that Marshall and the gang are not capable of overcoming.
Every attempt they have made at selling machines has been a disaster.
The machine simply does not live up to the hype or customers would be lined up out the door.
They are not. There are any number of possible reasons (or excuses)... not competitive with other devices that do a reasonably good job cheaper, faster, less hassle... Medizone is too small and unreliable for long term needs...lack in confidence with management...take your pick or make up your own list.
What I see is Marshall plugging along as long as the ship is afloat. When the time finally comes and he goes down with the ship, soon thereafter he will resurface with a comfy retirement courtesy of Medizone investors.
