At the moment there is no mention of Dominovas in the database.

However, search "Madagascar" and look at all the projects dating back to the 1970s. Of the 17+ pages of projects, the maximum dollar value I see is $65 million.

Are you seriously suggesting that the World Bank is going to entrust Dominovas, a company with ZERO accomplishments and ZERO credibility, with $1.3 billion dollars on a single project?

Yes, it is absolutely that far fetched if not profoundly delusional.
