he is doing this for years and will do again. lot of past investors holds converted non-trade able graffiti shares here - He single handedly hyped - to be IPOed @$1 -$7 nothing happened in last few year. He disappeared for years and now reappeared again and doing the exact same thing in more sophisticated manner- merging multiple entity - next thing he will lock everyone again in the rosy merger cage and never will issue trade able new shares - be careful to lock him before he locks you.
