Don't you think that if "someone" was "accumulating" shares for nearly a year now that they would let the stock price go instead of letting all their hard earned accumulated shares be cut by 7????? Then diluted?

Dliuted? Ever motice the 300K or 200K blocks that dpon't move the PPS.
