It would indeed be interesting if they decided to abandon this company and start another in the same field with complete disregard for the current stock holders. It would not come as a complete shock, as this is penny land and companies have no morals. However, I would assume if they did that, there would be a very good case for a lawsuit. Now if they simply wanted to change the name. It is possible that they simply just change the name of the company and all of your shares stay in tact as they are now. Which doesn't really mean anything because all of our shares are worthless. They have some serious things to take care of before any of of shares mean anything. Most likely, this company will get shut down and sued and I will finally be able to claim it as a loss in 5 years.
