How they can say that with a straight face is hilarious.

Maria Bartiromo had another realtor CEO guest on CNBC about 3 months ago and he said the same thing. At that time, slowing home sale statistics, reduced forward earnings projections, and industry layoffs were being publically disclosed ... and he still said real estate sales were strong and expected to get stronger even as Maria was quoting these figures & statistics in her questions to him. Maria finally said, "Come on! You're saying ...?"
