The time difference is to allow $ELTP shareholders the time to digest the Q10 on Thurs late and then get any additional questions to Dianne by noon tomorrow, Fri. The weekend is to allow NH and the $ELTP mgmt to review the questions and have a super CC on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 11:30 AM EST.
