It is logical to assume that when Dimension objected to Tmmi's plans and counterclaimed their aim was to make money thru an award or a settlement. That failed. They lost. No spinning around this. And it was an expensive loss. No mega millions. They are losers.

But it looks like they had they not bothered, they could have saved a lot of dough -- since Tmmi seems incapable of delivering on any plan anyway. Sure would be good to see some sort of progress on selling something.
