Responsibilities:
Alliance Management:
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned alliances/partnerships
Schedule and execute alliance meetings (e.g. Steering Committee)
Ensure all contracted obligations are met seeking proper guidance from manager, senior management and/or corporate counsel as appropriate
Communicate contracted obligations to necessary internal personnel to confirm understanding and compliance
Report alliance progress/performance to appropriate stakeholders.
Facilitate dispute resolution when necessary
Global Program Leadership:
Execute individual functional leadership meetings to understand and document program strategies, priorities and high level milestones
Support the execution of Global Program Team (GPT) meetings through development of agenda, meeting materials and minutes
Develop overarching program timeline of key milestones, highlighting interdependencies and activities on the critical path
Identify program risks and create appropriate risk management plans to ensure program progress and success
Prepare program reports that concisely summarize program performance, identified issues, risk mitigation and overall program recommendations
Effectively communicate program objectives, strategy, decisions, actions and other key information within the team and across departments
Facilitate dispute resolution when necessary
