Did anyone else the form 13G filed by Amgen?

They purchased 3,047,446 (7.1%) of ADXS. File was last night.

I guess that is one way to buy on the cheap.

I wonder how much can they buy on the open market to keep the ultimate buyout more cost effective for them?

I'm certain they are doing this because they are looking to buyout sooner rather than latter. They just exposed themselves so they need to act quickly, me thinks. I wouldn't be selling here.

If buyout is $2B (just for illustrative purposes- I know many think we should fetch higher)they just saved themselves $125M ($41 x 3.047M).
